If you have noticed the focus rectangle (also commonly referred to as a marquee) on your buttons, and find this visually distracting, it is possible to turn this feature off.
I say feature, because it really is a feature to have this turned on. The focus rectangle shows your users which button on the screen is in focus, and a button in focus can be triggered (clicked) using the keyboard by pressing the space-bar. It seems that most users prefer to use the mouse to click on buttons, but some users prefer to use the keyboard whenever possible to interact with an application.
ToolBook allows you to turn On or Off this feature via the Include the button in the tab order option for a button. This option is on the Behaviors tab or the button property editor.
This LiveXtension will turn OFF the focus rectangle for every button in your project in a matter of a few seconds.
