When launching a DHTML lesson, two Windows Media Player ActiveX controls are automatically initialized to play a very short sound clip ("dummy.wav"). Under certain circumstances initialization of these controls can cause unwanted side effects or even errors on certain systems or in certain browsers.
These controls are being initialized in the event you designed your lesson to play audio or video files via the ToolBook Clip System, in conjunction with Immediate or Delayed question feedback.
If your lesson does not use media clip type question feedback, you can workaround these unwanted side effects or errors by turning OFF the automatic initialization of these players.
You can set two user properties of the book and re-publish the course.
The remedy here is to set two user properties of the book to 0.
