Divide By 0 error at Reader Level using Time Markers

Media Players ››

I keep getting a Divide By 0 error at Reader Level, on a page where I have a Universal Media Player configured to play a media file using QuickTime. Interestingly this problem does not occur in the DHTML version of my lesson.

The Universal Media Player has a known problem which will generate this error, in the following conditions:

If you enable either the Display Video Region option (OR) Display Media Controls option, the problem will go away.

In the event you don't want the user to see the player, you can move the Universal Media Player off of the left edge of the page, where it will still exist and still function, but can't be seen. If you need to further modify the Universal Media Player, you can gain access to it by using the Book Explorer.
